📊 OUR FEES

Our fees vary depending on your child’s age, the number of days attended and the sessions required.

We offer flexible options to support the needs of working families.

For full details of our current fees and availability, please contact us directly—we will be happy to discuss the best option for your family.

🧾 GOVERNMENT FUNDING

We support families in accessing available childcare funding, including:

    • 15 hours free childcare for eligible 2, 3 and 4-year-olds
    • 30 hours free childcare for eligible working families
    • Tax-Free Childcare scheme

Our team is happy to guide you through the options available and help you understand what you may be entitled to.

30 HOURS FREE CHILDCARE EXPLAINED

Eligible working parents in England may be entitled to up to 30 hours of free childcare per week for 3 and 4-year-olds.

This funding is provided by the government to help support working families with the cost of childcare.

✔ Who is eligible?

You may be eligible if:

    • Both parents (or a single parent) are working
    • You earn at least the National Minimum Wage
    • You meet the government’s income requirements

✔ How does it work?

    • The 30 hours are usually term-time only (38 weeks per year)
    • Some nurseries, including Orchard House Nursery, may offer flexibility by spreading the funded hours across the year

✔ What does the funding cover?

The funded hours contribute towards your childcare costs, but they may not cover:

    • Additional hours outside the funded allowance
    • Meals and consumables
    • Extra-curricular activities

We will always explain clearly how funding is applied and any additional costs involved.

✔ How to apply

You can apply online through the government childcare service.

Once approved, you will receive a code which can be provided to us so we can apply the funding to your child’s place.
